The Stainless Steel 347/347H Forged Fittings are made up of 17–19% chromium, 9–13% nickel, and niobium stabilizers. The 347H variant, with its increased carbon content, boosts strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. These fittings boast a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength close to 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. They are highly resistant to intergranular corrosion, scaling, and oxidation, even at temperatures reaching 1500°F (816°C).
