Lecong Stainless, a manufacturer and supplier in Da Nang, Vietnam, provides AWS Class ER308/308L SAW and Flux combinations. These are designed for welding 18Cr-8Ni stainless steels such as Type 304 and 304L. The low carbon “L” grade reduces sensitization, ensuring resistance to intergranular corrosion. Used in submerged arc welding (SAW) processes, this consumable gives smooth arc stability, high deposition efficiency, and consistent bead quality. Lecong Stainless supplies ER308/308L SAW and Flux throughout Vietnam and internationally, delivering reliable stainless steel welding materials that meet global standards for durability, corrosion resistance, and strength. Lecong Stainless based in Da Nang, Vietnam stands at the forefront of supplying premium stainless steel solutions across diverse industries. We are proud to offer AWS Class ER308/308L SAW and Flux. Which are specifically designed for welding stainless steel to stainless steel or dissimilar metals. These are fabricated products that are known for being particularly weldable, robust, and durable, and for these purposes, are highly corroding, making them optimal in many applications making highly corrosive fluids, particularly in those that are hot and more hostile than normal. Our clients trust us for timely deliveries, competitive pricing and a dedication to quality.
ER308/308L contains about 19–21% chromium, 9–11% nickel, and ≤0.03% carbon. The low carbon content ensures corrosion resistance in welded joints. Mechanical properties include tensile strength of 80,000–85,000 psi, yield strength of 55,000–60,000 psi, and elongation of 30–35%. Weld deposits are tough, ductile, and resistant to corrosion in oxidizing environments. With stable arc characteristics and high deposition rates in submerged arc welding, ER308/308L SAW provides consistent and durable weld quality for stainless steel applications.
