Lecong Stainless is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of stainless steel 420 pipes, based in Da Nang, Vietnam. The company is known for producing durable, high-quality stainless steel products that meet global standards. Lecong’s 420 pipes are designed for applications that require strong mechanical performance, moderate corrosion resistance, and high hardness. With a focus on quality control and efficient manufacturing processes, Lecong Stainless produces pipes suitable for various demanding industrial uses. From fabrication to final inspection, every pipe meets the strict requirements of industries like petrochemical, construction, engineering, and medical manufacturing.
Stainless steel 420 pipes consist mainly of iron with 12 to 14% chromium and a high carbon content of up to 0.15%, making them a hardenable martensitic stainless steel. These pipes can be heat-treated to achieve high strength and resistance to wear. After proper heat treatment, they provide a tensile strength ranging from 700 to 900 MPa and hardness up to 50 HRC. While their corrosion resistance is lower than that of austenitic grades, they still perform well in mild environments. Their mechanical properties, such as toughness and edge retention, make them suited for applications that need strength and durability rather than corrosion resistance.
