Stainless Steel 321 / 321H Stud Bolts are crafted from titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel. The 321 grade features 17–19% Chromium, 9–12% Nickel, and Titanium (≥ 5x C%) to resist intergranular corrosion. Meanwhile, the 321H grade has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) to boost high-temperature strength. These bolts deliver a tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 30–35%. They maintain their mechanical integrity at temperatures reaching up to 870°C, showcasing excellent oxidation resistance and good weldability, making them perfect for thermal cycling and stress-loaded environments.
